TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - HUMAN RESOURCE (1)

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four year business course
  • With experience as Administrative Assistant, performing mainly HR function
  • Familiar with SBMA requirements and activities is an advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Keen on details, responsible and well-organized
  • With good commands of oral and written English
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethics and a strong team player
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Programs: Lead in the implementation of the different employee relations programs to include activities on employee welfare and services; ensure timely and appropriate actions to employees' needs and concerns; coordinate with other HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, and OD to deliver value-added services.
  • Discipline Management: Lead in the implementation of the disciplinary action process and counseling.Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with government agencies (i.e., DOLE) to ensure compliance/requirements for regulatory reports and implementation of business initiatives.Policy/Process Development and Implementation: Recommend policies development and process improvements to suit changing demands of business and employees' welfare.
  • Employee Retention:Process employee separation and conduct exit interview ; submit relevant reports; recommend retention strategies.
  • Responsible with the Health, Safety and Environment affairs of the organization
  • Regularization and New Hire Orientation


 

TITLE: CONSULTANT (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - CONTENT SPECIALIST) (1)

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Science (Nautical) or equivalent
  • Qualified as Deck Officer Class One
  • Excellent English - both written and spoken
  • Broad knowledge in Oil, Gas and Shippine Industry
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Write scripts for e-learning modules and instructional videos
  • Carry out research on the Subject Matter for e-learning modules.
  • Write questions on different Subject Matter for computer based assessment programs.
  • Compile and edit storyboards for e-learning modules and instructional videos.
  • Work with graphic artists to visualize technical process and procedures, and explain function of equipment that may be highlighted in e-learning modules or instructional videos.
  • Support the implementation of Competency Management.
  • Create Competence Units for different job functions as may be required by client needs.
  • Deliver Training and Assessment as maybe required by client needs.


 

TITLE: ANIMATOR (1)

Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Arts, any related courses or equivalent work experience (4 years minimum) in the field of computer graphics and/or animation.
  • At least 2 years experience in computer graphic design and animation.
  • Good in traditional drawing skills such as human anatomy, perspective drawing and technical drawings.
  • Good working knowledge of traditional animation and can work in different animation styles.
  • Willing and adaptable to learn different multimedia and web tools
  • Good in graphic, user interface (UI) and web design.
  • Proficient in the use of the following softwares: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator & Pagemaker or InDesign.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and outstanding work ethics.
  • A fast learner and able to adapt to changes as necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supports multimedia programmers in designing and developing multimedia applications, systems and products by creating computer graphics and animations for personal computers, CD-ROM and DVD-ROM applications
  • Creates computer graphics and animations within a specified time frame for projects such as CBT's, cd labels product packaging, brochures, print advertisements and other marketing materials ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Keeps back-ups of graphics and animations made.
  • Learns new softwares as may be required by the project at hand.


 

TITLE: ILLUSTRATOR (1)

Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Arts, any related courses or equivalent work experience (4 years minimum) in the field of computer graphics and/or illustration.

TITLE: WEB PROGRAMMERS (2)

Skills & Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Computer Science or any IT-related course
  • At least two (2) years experience in web development including planning, design, implementation and maintenance
  • Work experience in Adobe FLASH scripting, PHP, MYSQL & HTML is a must
  • Proficient in SQL and RDBMS
  • Willing and adaptable to learn different multimedia and web tools
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethics and be a strong team player
  • Dependable, flexible and efficient at handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Willing to work in SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyses requirements of new and/or enhancement of programs
  • Develops, tests, coordinates and implements computer-based learning, assessment and record management programs.
  • Develops procedures and operating instructions and other program documentation
  • Assists in providing technical support
  • Keeps back-up files of all programs developed
 


TITLE: SOFTWARE TESTERS (3)

Duties & Functions
  • Will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive testing procedure for multimedia softwares/ programs based on prepared test plans. This position is primarily responsible for tracking all known software / program problems during testing period.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent in English Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills & outstanding work ethics
  • Must be a strong team player, dependable, flexible and efficient at handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Subic Bay
